Representing our client, we are seeking candidates who will contribute to the firm's success through their expertise and dedication.

　　Responsibilities:

　　· Skillful electronic filing of documents with the Delaware Courts.

　　· Proficiency in Delaware Court of Chancery procedures.

　　· Expertise in cite checking, fact checking, and bluebooking skills.

　　· Command of legal technology, including Westlaw/Lexis and internet search engines.

　　· Hands-on experience with trial preparation and providing assistance during trials.

　　· Meticulous attention to detail and efficient document management skills.

　　· Strong analytical and prioritization skills.

　　· Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact seamlessly with firm members, clients, and legal vendors.

　　· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

　　· Familiarity with litigation software programs such as Concordance and Relativity.

　　· Flexibility with working hours to meet deadlines.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Solid understanding of litigation motion practice, discovery, trial, and appellate procedures.

　　Demonstrated ability in electronic filing, cite checking, and legal technology.

　　Previous experience with trial preparation and trial assistance.

　　Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

　　Familiarity with litigation software programs.
