　　Consult with client to develop learning objectives and training approachResearch, analyze, design, develop, and customize instructionalmaterials to potentially support WBT (Web-Based Training)/CBT(Computer-Based Training)/ILT (Instructor-Led Training)Apply various instructional strategies, models, and theories to developlearning content to enhance learning transfer and greater on-the-jobperformancCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure impactful, relevant coursecontent and supporting training rangePresent/instruct developed courseware

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　3+ years of cyber security experience with emphasis on cybersecurity coursetraining development (instructor-lead training (ILT), training anddevelopment, web based training and training content and delivery)Experience with SIEM/IDS/IPS (Elastic Stack, Splunk, HBSS, or equivalent)Active TS/SCI security clearance requiredStrong background /familiarity with Windows and Linux command line,networking, traffic analysis and MITRE ATT&CK frameworkExperience working on a cybersecurity team, such as a Security OperationsCenter (SOC), Cyber Protection Team (CPT) or Cyber Security ServiceProvider (CSSP)HS Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Perferred8570 IAT Level III Certification (CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA,CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP)
