Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle Fusion Project Manager in Freeport, TX.Responsibilities:
Oracle Fusion Implementation: Oracle Fusion Project Manager will lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM, particularly the transition from the existing system (Dynamics)
Project Management: Oversee the entire project; This entails managing various project types, including on-site staff augmentation and end-to-end project deliverables
Non-Manufacturing Expertise: Understand and address the unique requirements of a non-manufacturing company, avoiding complexities associated with manufacturing
Financial Operations: Manage time tracking, billing, revenue recognition, and licensing aspects, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
Data Migration: Oracle Fusion Project Manager will work closely with a dedicated team focused on data migration, recognizing the importance of a seamless data transition to Oracle Fusion
Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with changes and dependencies that might impact the project's timeline and success
5-10 years of project management experience, ideally in Oracle Fusion implementations or related domains
Oracle Fusion Expertise: Proven experience in implementing Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM systems, with the ability to navigate the intricacies of this platform
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the pros and cons of various decisions within the context of Oracle Financials and project management
Communication and Persuasion: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage expectations and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including peers, team members, and upper management
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
