　　Robert Half Buffalo is continuously seeking detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerks. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating databases, ensuring the accuracy of information, and supporting various departments with data-related tasks.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Enter data into databases accurately and efficiently.

　　Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors.

　　Update and maintain electronic records and files.

　　Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy.

　　Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

　　Retrieve and organize information from databases as needed.

　　Collaborate with team members to complete data-related tasks.

　　Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency.

　　Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

　　Meet established productivity and accuracy targets.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.

　　Strong typing skills and attention to detail.

　　Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.

　　Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

　　Basic understanding of data confidentiality and security.

　　High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.

　　Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
