We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our people analytics team. You will assist with the development of reporting and analytics solutions to deliver the data and insights that HR and business leaders need in order to make informed decisions across all aspects of the employee experience at ManTech, including recruitment, retention, compensation, career development, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Anticipate, solicit, and document stakeholder requirements for people data and data-driven insights, and design appropriate solutions to address those requirements
Extract HR, finance, and business data from enterprise technology platforms, and format/wrangle data for analysis and visualization
Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of HR programs
Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards to distill large volumes of data into a user-friendly presentation of key insights
Develop predictive models and scenario tools to uncover high-value insights and guide decisions by HR and business leaders
Apply new technologies and practices to continuously improve the function
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in statistics, economics, data analytics, or another quantitative field
Professional demeanor and excellent customer focus
Skilled user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Analytical skills to process large amounts of information
Excellent communicator, both spoken and written
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Thrives working both independently (a self-starter) and collaboratively
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with people data from Workday or similar human capital management software, learning management software, and/or applicant tracking systems
Experience with the development of dashboards in Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools
Experience with R, Python, or similar statistical programming software
Experience with the design and development of statistical models, including linear/logistic regression models
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
