Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Development Assistant with a busy organization. As Development Assistant, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing various events to promote the foundation's mission.
Some duties involve:
Support the organization and execution of fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.
Provide administrative assistance to the development team in managing donor databases, correspondence, and documentation.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record meeting minutes.
Aid in the preparation and distribution of fundraising materials, reports, and communications.
Conduct research to gather pertinent information for donor outreach and grant applications.
Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Collaborate with team members for seamless coordination of development activities.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive donor and organizational information.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree is required, Masters or MBA a huge plus.
Experience in higher education or Financial Services industry.
Experience working with development team, donors and foundations.
Availability to work in office 3 days per week.
