Job Overview:

This position is responsible for assembling and delivering patient trays. After all patients have received their meal staff will move to dish room to prepare all items for next meal service. Employee will be trained in needed area of kitchen and will be assigned those positions at completion of training.

Essential Functions:

Loading, transporting of the food trucks, washing of dishes, removal of garbage and trash, and overall sanitation of the department.

Soaks, washes, rinses, sanitizes, and stores all pots, pans, and utensils used in food preparation of service.

Removes all garbage from the department as needed and instructed by supervisor and places clean liners in garbage cans. Cleans and sanitizes cans as needed.
