Position Summary
Located in Warrenville, IL, the D365 F&O/FSCM Functional Analyst is akey asset in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the D365 systemacross the ITG platform, with a particular focus on Finance modules.
Member of platform implementation team as Finance functional lead,participate throughout all project stages including analysis,design, development, test, and support working with theimplementation consultantsAnalyze business processes and requirements in detail, leadworkshops and prepare any custom specificationsUnderstand business requirements for the companies within ITG andpropose solutions to meet business needsAssist with Data Migrations, functional designs decisions anddocumentationAssist the operating companies with testing and training as part ofthe D365 implementationsAssist with ongoing regression testing as companies implement D365F&SCMBe a part of the internal support team working with outsourcedsupport consultants to support companies live on D365Identifying continuous improvement areas for Finance functions andidentifying ways to standardize and implement best practicesIntegrate relevant independent software vendors (ISV) with D365 asapplicable.Gatekeeper to design and configuration changes, particularlyregarding the Finance module.Troubleshoot complex configuration issuesPartner with other functional and technical analysts to extractinformation from D365 into usable data for reporting and analysis.Job Requirements
Must have 3-5-year experience with full life-cycle implementation ofMS Dynamics D365 F&O Finance modulesIn-depth knowledge and understanding of the Dynamics 365 processesAbility to configure and test MS Dynamics F&O/F&SCM D365 solutionsKnowledge about the Dynamics 365 ecosystemStrong practical Finance experience gained through industryexperiencePrior experience implementing Financial modules with MS DynamicsAX/D365Experience with manufacturing or supply chain is considered an assetDemonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal)Knowledge of employee relationship building and performancemanagement techniquesAbility to travel to US locations when needed.Advanced Experience with ERP financial systems.Work Environment
