　　Work with clients and correspond with opposing counsel

　　Analyze and summarize legal documents

　　Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

　　Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents Requirements - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

　　Excellent academic credentials and references

　　Experience with Complex Commercial Litigation

　　Adeptness in Probate Litigation

　　Complex Business Litigation experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Jury Trials

　　Deep understanding of Civil Litigation Experience

　　Trial experience experience required

　　High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

　　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

　　Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

　　Licensed attorney
