　　Position Summary

　　As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing technical controls and configuration settings. Activities include but are not limited to the following:

　　Helping develop and review System Security Plans (SSP), Personnel Security, Disaster Recovery, Incident Responses, and Authentication Management policies and plans.

　　Helping develop detailed and thorough site survey report documentation.

　　Assisting in device configuration of Windows Operating Systems, Applications, and Cisco IOS devices to comply with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), and other guidelines.

　　Applying operating system patches, service packs, hotfixes, and software/ firmware updates.

　　Supporting automated system software update methodologies and technologies

　　Performing system vulnerability scans including Nessus / ACAS, and SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC)

　　Position / Candidate Requirements

　　Education: Information Technology, Risk Management, Cybersecurity

　　HS Diploma with 10+ Years of the following Experience or

　　Associate's Degree with 8-10 Years of the following Experience or

　　Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 Years of the following Experience or

　　Master's Degree with 3-5 Years of the following Experience

　　Certifications (one or more of the following): CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE or SSCP

　　Effective collaborative skills with excellent written and oral communication skills.

　　Excellent organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.

　　Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and General Office Applications Skills.

　　Abilities:

　　Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.

　　Sitting for extended periods of time.

　　Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.

　　Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.

　　Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.

　　Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.

　　Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.

　　Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.

　　Identify and understand the speech of another person.
