  Job Description:

  We are seeking a hard-working and dedicated individual to become a part of our Customer Service Team. The Customer Service Specialist will play a key role as the point of contact for our customers and reps. As the Customer Service Specialist, you will prepare quotes from building project plumbing specs/drawings, assist with inquiries on product features, inventory availability, lead times and provide daily office support.Primary Responsibilities: Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service by combining system knowledge, product knowledge and problem-solving skills to exceed customer expectations. Use company software to access building plans/drawings to select products that best meet specifications to produce quotes. Work together with multiple departments (i.e., engineering, production, purchasing, shipping) as needed to ensure accurate quotes, lead times and orders. Assist with customer calls, emails, inquiries/requests, and other customer service tasks as needed.

  Skills and Qualifications:

  High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.Customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment a plus.Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities are continually changing.Drug Testing/Screening Required.

  Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: One LocationSchedule:Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
