Description We are seeking a Controller to join our team in HILLSBORO, Oregon. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the telecom provider industry. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for project management support, documentation of accounting policies procedures, and managing the overall accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Support project management initiatives, utilizing your background in accounting and management.

• Leverage global experience to provide a comprehensive approach to our accounting operations.

• Document and revise fiscal policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Create and update technical documents and project status reports.

• Produce accounting and project management reports, demonstrating strong technical writing skills.

• Exhibit strong GAAP experience, applying this knowledge to our daily operations.

• Manage and drive projects independently, demonstrating strong leadership skills.

• Use Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning tools to enhance efficiency.

• Oversee accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Conduct auditing and manage budget processes, ensuring financial stability and growth. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with DCAA regulations and requirements

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Experience implementing and utilizing ERP Solutions

• Proficiency in all Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Auditing practices and principles

• Experience with Budget Processes

• Ability to execute Controller job function effectively and efficiently.
