  WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

  As a Concentrix Customer Service Representative, you will:

  Provide inbound customer support.

  Help customers resolve technical issues.

  Assist in correcting billing concerns.

  Ensure the appropriateness of social media content.

  Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile.

  YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

  Strong customer service orientation

  At least 6 months of experience

  Required High School Diploma or equivalent

  Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

  Typing speed of 35 wpm minimum

  Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, preferred
