Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in LaPorte, Texas. The role primarily involves responding to customer inquiries and maintaining customer records in an equipment rental industry. This position requires working onsite at our LaPorte office.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively and efficiently

• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions

• Manage email correspondence and respond to customer inquiries promptly

• Enter customer data accurately into the system and maintain up-to-date records

• Support sales representatives with customer-related tasks

• Schedule appointments as required

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Proficient in data entry and order entry tasks

• Demonstrated ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations
