　　Responsibilities

　　Operates and programs machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders that are controlled by a computer to produce precision metal or plastic parts. To produce high-quality parts, machinists set up machines, write and test programs, and make adjustments as needed.

　　In addition, precision measuring instruments are used to ensure that completed parts meet specifications.

　　Skills required: computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) ,Milling, turning, Mechanical PM, Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

　　Skills

　　CNC Programming (3 years of experience is preferred)

　　MasterCam (3 years of experience is preferred)

　　G code (3 years of experience is preferred)

　　CNC repair (3 years of experience is preferred)

　　troubleshoot (3 years of experience is preferred)

　　mills (3 years of experience is preferred)

　　lathes (3 years of experience is preferred)
