Position Overview
The Continuous Improvement Manager in Administrative Processes is responsible for generating and implementing strategies to automate and improve existing processes, proposing KPI´s and monitor them at a general level to create a system that fosters a cultural shift towards quality and results-oriented towards people within the organization. In addition to providing guidance to executives on internal control matters, organizing audit systems that identify opportunities and reduce risks, creating and maintaining the normative framework that accompanies these systems (policies and procedures). Finally, ensuring the implementation of preventive and/or corrective measures resulting from these audits. This position reports to the Finance Director.
Key Job Responsibilities
Creation and implementation of the continuous improvement and quality system within the company
• Create the strategic plan to implement the continuous improvement and quality system at Encore.
• Execute the implementation of the Continuous Improvement plan, ensuring synchronization with the Management System and Focused Improvement.
• Implement, train, and coach the implementation of LEAN practices and tools.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to establish an interrelation, prioritizing alignment with business needs.
• Ensure the correct structure and knowledge transfer according to the implementation strategy, establishing the base of LEAN pillars.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators within the organization and monitor them to create the cycle of improvement.
• Generate implementation status reports: plan compliance, implementation quality, impact on key indicators.
• Maintain tracking of savings achieved through waste elimination.
• Drive the change of work culture towards principles of results, quality, and growth.
Job Qualifications
• Industrial Eng. or related field, MBA or specialization in continuous improvement desirable
• Expert in methodologies LEAN methodologies, Kaizen, Kanban, 5 S's
• Knowledge of administrative processes
• Time and Movements
• Layout design
• Development of training for change management
• Microsoft Office management 70%
• English Language Proficiency 70%
