This role is responsible for taking inbound calls, processing orders, and answering questions by phone and email. Representatives will be performing data entry into the company database and working extensively with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Customer service experience is required and call center experience is a plus. The successful candidate will have intermediate software skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a busy work environment with constant interruptions and still be able to keep a positive, efficient attitude.
