　　Job Description

　　AECOM are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Buildings' team, based in Abu Dhabi. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering their projects and managing multi-disciplined design teams.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Plans, directs and supervises all operations included in a large project or multiple moderate-sized projects with greater risk and complexity with moderate to large financial impact.

　　Manage the commercial success of projects and provide frequent updates to internal stakeholders

　　Ensure AECOM internal processes are completed at every stage of projects

　　Line Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers and other similar level staff and promote their growth within the organization

　　Contributes to the bidding process to win future works-able to influence customers, suppliers and peers.

　　Actively pursues continuous learning of technical advances, emerging business/industry trends.

　　Identifies and develops new processes that lead to improved efficiency or work quality for competitive positioning

　　Develops technical strategy for proposals within area of expertise.

　　Fully comprehends the principles of AECOM's financial systems and is conversant in all contractual matters.

　　Works autonomously within established procedures and practices, with latitude to determine work priorities.

　　Qualifications

　　Degree in relevant Engineering (MEP) or Architecture

　　PMP certification (or equivalent).
