Customer Service Representatives – Job Explanation

We favor good typing skills and adaptive problem-solving skills to help you succeed in this face-paced environment.
What would I be doing?
This professional is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining relationships between our customers, service technicians, and managers/support staff. A typical day would involve making outbound calls and accepting inbound calls in a high-volume department, scheduling appointments, routing service technicians, performing collections, and working with a smile! This employee must be comfortable working towards common goals as part of a team to facilitate customer retention. You would participate in our quality assurance program, perform administrative duties assigned, and ensure good communication all around.
