We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join a recognized banking institution in the Philadelphia, PA area! This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days on-site (may sit out of Philadelphia, PA or Bryn Mawr, PA locations) and 1 day remote.
Description:
The Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a consultant and partner to leadership teams in driving the strategy, culture, and core values of the Company through people practices and programs. The incumbent will be a driver of talent, culture, and manager effectiveness. The HRBP is responsible for designing, leading, and executing the enterprise-wide people strategy, learning and development, talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and organizational development strategies. The HRBP will have a strong connection to and leverage the Centers of Excellence (COE).
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
6+ years of relevant work experience
Previous human resources experience in Retail, Retail Banking or Financial Services is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Workday HRIS is highly preferred
