About Customer Service Associate, Commercial Lines

  This position supports producers and account managers with primary focus on client relations. 

  Duties & Responsibilities

  Service clients’ daily account needs Set up renewal submissions and summaries of insurance Issue Binders, Auto ID Cards, and other Acord Documents Policy Proofing/Checking Process CL Downloads Create Finance Agreements Issue Certificates of Insurance Issue invoices Request Policy Changes/Issue Policy Change Requests Process Endorsements/Policy Changes and Audits Request and complete various insurance notices and forms Attach Quotes and Forward Renewal Applications Follow Up for pending items Assist with special projects and client requests Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the company at its discretion from time to time

  This role will start onsite for training and will progress towards being hybrid 2-3 days per week in office, working out of our Nashville, TN office. 

  Qualified Candidates Must Possess the Following Skills

  Working knowledge of insurance terms and basic coverage Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong technology skills, including Excel and Word capabilities Functional understanding of language affecting certificate insurance Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with the underwriting and processing departments of the insurance carriers Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Credentials and Experience

  1-3 years insurance experience in commercial insurance P&C Licensed WHY JOIN US?
