Our Luxembourg German retail operations team is looking for a:
Customer Care Assistant (m/f/d)
Temporary contract (6 to 12 months)
What You’ll Do:
Working with senior team members to take care of our customers’ requests
Finding appropriate solutions for their requests like deferral payments, early settlements, exchange of equipment
Follow-up of contracts, prolongations, early termination
Processing and calculation of interests in case of changes in installment plans
Liaising with other units
What It Takes:
Commercial or accounting education with focus on banking/leasing or a strong willingness to learn
Excellent command of Microsoft office and Excel in particular
Bi-lingual in German and English
Customer oriented mindset – ability to understand needs, handle tactfully requests keeping the customer satisfaction and experience at high level
Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration
Accountability and attention to detail
Be enthusiastic with a positive attitude
