　　Description: Call center production environment using auto-dialer to make outbound calls. Will also be receive in-bound calls. You will be talking with customers in the early stage of collections, 80-120 calls per day.

　　Qualifications:

　　Communication skills

　　Navigating multiple systems

　　Ability to negotiate with members

　　Competitive environment, want someone determined to make things happen

　　Provide empathy to members, problem solve, overcome objectives

　　Bachelor or Associated degree with Retail or Sales Experience prefer

　　HS Diploma with collections or call center experience
