　　What you'll do: Compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following duties:

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group’s core values.

　　Scans, indexes and converts invoices into Yardi.

　　Prepares accounts payable checks.

　　Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.

　　Resolves vendor related issues with invoicing.

　　Provide phone back up assistance to the receptionist when needed.

　　What it takes to join our team:

　　Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

　　Data Entry Skills - high accuracy and speed rates

　　Adept in Microsoft Office products

　　Excellent Customer Service skills
