  Salary Range

  $23.27 - $34.03 Hourly$1,861.38 - $2,722.62 Biweekly$4,033.00 - $5,899.00 Monthly$48,396.00 - $70,788.00 Annually

  Duties

  This position exists to foster business-focused workforce partnerships,effectively preparing rural Coloradans for the jobs of today and tomorrow bydelivering a comprehensive array of employment and training services. Workswith job-seeking customers to enhance their employability and achieve theiremployment goal, and provides customer service to programparticipants, business, and the community. In addition, this position existsto provide career counseling, identifies and assists program participants ineliminating barriers to employment and/or post-secondary education. Positioninterprets federal regulations and state program guidance, policies, andprocedures. Has fiduciary responsibility for participant expenditures underWIOA, TAA, and grant programs.

  Substitutions

  Additional appropriate experience will substitute for the degree requirementon a year-for-year basis.Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experienceon a year-for-year basis.

  Minimum Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study relatedto the work assignment.ANDSix months of professional experience in an occupational field related to thework assigned to the position.
