About Custodian I, McKnight/Dimmitt split

　　The Custodian's function is to provide students, staff and community with a safe and healthyeducational environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1. Maintain general cleanliness of interior and exterior of the facility.2. Work well with staff and students.3. Maintain all building floors.4. Store and dispose of all refuse as assigned.5. Clean and sterilize lavatories, shower rooms and food areas.6. Move furniture, equipment and supplies within building as required.7. Report mechanical malfunction and/or building damage.8. Shovel and/or sand walking steps and driveways as necessary.9. Maintain regular attendance; adhere to board policy and the mutually bargained leave andattendance terms as stated in the collective bargaining agreement.10. Water lawn as needed.11. Window washing.12. Perform related work consistent with the scope and intent of the position
