Junior Front End Developers (Outsystems), Madrid Spain

　　In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing innovative, efficient, and actionable technology solutions to drive front-end channels (including the digital bank mobile app and digital wallet) globally. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and Product Owners to translate customer needs and high-level requirements into suitable solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that products are delivered on time, under budget, and with successful deployment.

　　Role Responsibilities

　　Work on innovative, actionable, and efficient technology solutions to drive front-end channels (digital banking mobile app and website) in the assigned region.

　　Collaborate with Product Owners to filter customer needs into use-cases and high-level requirements and identify suitable solutions.

　　Strong emphasis on the customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development.

　　Ensure that products are delivered according to plan, under budget, and deployed successfully.

　　Help integrate new technologies into the Digital Ecosystem.

　　Provide direction and guidance on solution designs and architecture to ensure an appropriate fit within enterprise standards.

　　Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to the web production team.

　　Collaborate with stakeholders on planning and scheduling of product releases.

　　Work with the manager and peers to proactively suggest areas of improvements and enhancements.

　　Role Requirements

　　1+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering, preferably in building web and mobile applications. However, candidates with other relevant experience will be considered.

　　Prior OutSystems development experience with mobile and reactive web apps is a big plus or experience extending other low-code platforms with custom-coded componentry.

　　OutSystems Associate Reactive Web Developer, Outsystems Professional Mobile Certification, or other OutSystems certifications are a big plus.

　　Experience with UX/UI concepts, architecture design, and techniques.

　　Expertise in integrating OutSystems apps with external systems and consuming/exposing REST and SOAP web services is a big plus.

　　Experience with Architecture Dashboard, technical debt management, and CI/CD lifecycle management is a plus.

　　Effective project management for quality assurance and technical support.

　　A track record of writing high-quality, efficient code using OutSystems - preferably; or JavaScript, .NET, APIs, and/or similar scripting languages.

　　Demonstrated experience in modern programming languages (for example, Java/C++, NodeJS, C#/.NET, Angular) and design patterns.

　　Hands-on experience in building microservices based architecture and platform developed and deployed at scale.

　　Proven ability to understand business and contribute to technology direction that drives measurable business improvements.

　　Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
