Description

　　A client of ours is looking for a Credit and Collections Manager for a contract role. As a Credit and Collections Manager, you will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for managing credit and collections processes to ensure timely and accurate payment from customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of improving collections efficiency.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Evaluate and establish credit limits for new and existing customers.

　　Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and adherence to credit terms.

　　Review and analyze credit reports and financial statements to assess creditworthiness.

　　Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address credit-related issues.

　　Develop and implement strategies to reduce delinquencies and improve cash flow.

　　Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers.

　　Prepare and present reports on credit and collections performance to senior management.

　　Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in credit management.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

　　10+years of experience in credit and collections, with a proven track record of success.

　　Knowledge of credit laws, regulations, and best practices.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

　　Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

　　Experience with credit management software is a plus.
