About GFE Site Head & Engineering & Technology (E&T) Lead Oasis Bio

  The GFE and E&T site head Oasis Bio is responsible to break down and execute GFE Regional and Sites strategies, as well as aggregate feedback from Oasis Bio Site Head and Regional GFE Building Blocks, in order to design and optimize standards and processes for cluster performance.

  Feeds back into the GFE APAC LT and Oasis Bio Site LT what works in the Site and what doesn't; respectively what is implementable and what isn't;

  Drives GFE Cluster Budget planning, interacting with GFE Regional LT and Oasis Bio LT, in close coordination with GFE and AH Cluster controllers and cluster Building blocks.

  GFE = Global Facility and Engineering

  LT = Leadership Team

  REFM = Real Estate and Facility Management

  Oasis = A BioPharma Site

  AH = Animal Health

  The GFE and E&T site head Oasis Bio Site ensures:

  Implementation of overall GFE and BU strategy at Site

  Steering of one GFE organization and drive GFE processes standardization in alignment with GFE Regional head and Regional building blocks.

  Fosters necessary knowledge and skills to support sites with high quality services

  Accountable for guiding and advising the Oasis Bio Site Head on how to achievebusiness strategy from a GFE perspective, including ensuring the adherence to global standards, and local regulations.

  Fast, agile and high-quality services following common standardsCompliance to local and site-specific regulations and ensuring the companies reputation

  Proactively manages organizational risks with strong attention to people development

  Coordinates the Master Planning at Oasis Bio Site, in alignment with oasis Bio Site Head and Regional head of REFM, i.e. ensures that all information pertinent to sites are properly included in the Site Master planning.

  End-to-end accountability to safeguarding effective solution delivery and performance management in the cluster as well as safety and security of employees and assets.

  Develops budget proposals in collaboration with site LTs and in alignment with Regional Building Blocks. Budget refers to GFE chapter at Site and BU EngineeringEnsures Regional GFE targets are coherent for Oasis Bio Site (no conflicting targets)

  Safeguards effective solution delivery by steering, aggregating and reporting cluster performance to the regional level

  Resolves escalation from site level and initiates corrective actions if necessary

  Oversees execution of select services across sites.Reviews regional or BU-specific adaptations of global concepts, standards, and processes, when required

  First point of contact for questions from Oasis Bio Site Head regarding execution

  As E&T Head:

  Development of Preventive Maintenance (PM)plan and execution.

  Regular (monthly/quarterly)reporting and analysis on PM activities;

  Reliability engineering development and identification of metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvement and efficiency of equipment (Utilities and Production related)

  Automation engineering: - maintenance, upgrade and concept development, in alignment with GFE and BU engineering- guarantee compliance of automation SW management and Business Continuity via careful implementation of backup/test/restore policies

  With the cooperation of Site Controller, sets up and manage GFE and E&T Budget at Site(Opex, Capex), maximizing activities in order to minimize the impact on unit cost of product.

  Accountable to set up, maintaining and updating a documentation system (SOP, Guidelines, Work Instructions and LOG BOOKS)related to GFE and BU Engineering.

  Cooperate with Regional and global GFE, BU Engineering to develop Engineering standards.

  Is the front end person for GFE Engineering and E&T to support QA during regulatory/authorities audits at Oasis Site, describing equipment and related processes and providing answers.

  Actively participate and design C&Q/QA documents and related activities (equipment Qualifications, Requalifications, CAPA resolutions)

  set up and maintain materials and equipment lists and keep trace of equipment life span,

  Set up and maintain a criteria to manage equipment replacement strategy

  Actively cooperate with EHS to resolve related CAPAS as well as participate to regular Gemba walks at Site to continually improve EHS performances.

  manages Spare Parts inventory according to GxP, Financial and Business Continuity criteria to maximize Site efficiency/productivity

  Qualification

  University degree at MASTER level and Engineering or Natural Sciences.

  For GFE sute head role, MBA, EMBA or similar is a plus.

  Executive manager with experience - must have general understanding of Facility Management and Engineering (incl. objectives, processes and current pain points)

  4 years of experience in a Biopharma Production Site

  5 years of experience in a leadership position in the area of Pharma Engineering, as well as significant experience, at least at interaction level, with either EHS&S, Security and Real Estate & Facility Management

  Ability to build relationship between local and regional/Global level and share best practices across the cluster

  In depth knowledge of local and international regulations, GxP.

  Experience of exposure to authority inspections and customer audits
