Description
We are offering a unique long term contract opportunity for a fully remote Project Manager in the hospitality and outdoor industry. As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing project efficiency, streamlining processes, and ensuring successful project delivery across various projects. This role will require a commitment of 10-30hrs/week.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders including the account lead, creative team, and others involved in the development of detailed project timelines for projects.
• Regularly update the project tracker with accurate timelines and milestones, ensuring it serves as a real-time reflection of the current project status.
• Manage all incoming projects and ensure they are assigned to an account team member, including all in and out-of-scope projects.
• Work closely with the creative director to confirm and optimize resource allocation across each project, ensuring a balanced workload for the creative team.
• Take responsibility for communication with both the creative team and the client, ensuring that project deadlines are clearly communicated and met.
• Proactively identify and communicate any potential risks to meeting deadlines to the account lead, facilitating discussions around new timelines if needed.
• Manage the budget processes effectively to ensure the financial success of projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly and professionally to any inquiries or issues.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Utilize your skills in project management to effectively manage timelines and ensure the timely completion of projects.
Requirements
• Proven experience in Project Management
• Strong knowledge of budget processes and the ability to manage financial resources effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Experience with deliverables, understanding how to manage and meet expectations
• Ability to create and manage creative briefs and oversee creative services
• Strong ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technologies.
