　　Methodist Healthcare System is supporting recruitment for a Family Medicine with OB to join an employed practice in the thriving community of Carrizo Springs, Texas.

　　Qualified Candidates:

　　Must be board certified or board eligible in family medicine

　　Texas medical license, or eligible for Texas licensure

　　New graduates and experienced physicians eligible

　　J1's are encouraged to apply

　　20-25 patients per day

　　Physician offices and clinics located near hospital campus

　　Cover only 1 hospital and 2 Rural Health Clinics

　　25 beds (3 L&D, 4 Post Partum. 15 Med/Surg); opened in 1948

　　Medical Staff has a full complement of specialists including Cardiologists, General Surgeon, Orthopedics, and Obstetrics

　　Experience staff, average tenure 7-10 years

　　Service area encompassing 2 counties – Draw area 40,000 + Conveniently located close to San Antonio & Laredo, easy access and 1 hour away to Garner State Park and Frio River

　　Management agreement with Methodist Healthcare, San Antonio. Agreement fosters placement of CEO, supply/capital cost efficiencies, education/training and a variety of other resources
