　　[Site Human Resources Lead[. [This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position that will [be [responsible for providing comprehensive HR partnership for the Production site in Oxnard, CA, the North America Vegetable Seeds (VS) Product Supply team, and Global VS Teams. Will provide strategic partnership for all functional HR activities, working closely with business leadership by providing HR expertise, acting as a strategic partner on all key HR initiatives, employee relations and employee/leadership development activities.

　　[[This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States, but must be able to work in the Oxnard office at least two (2) days per week.

　　[[Must have a bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in a related position.

　　[[Experience must include three (3) [years with: (i) managing complex employee relations issues; (ii) applying HR knowledge to resolve complex business challenges; (iii) managing/implementing organizational redesign; (iv) coaching and providing leadership development across multiple levels; (v) leading multi-disciplinary project and corresponding change management; (vi) working in a matrix organization and multicultural environments; [(vii) HR processes, program, policies and systems; (viii) navigating data dashboards, using analytical skills to drive decision-making,]{#_Hlk134716220} and (ix) serving as an HR Partner for site and field production teams.

　　[[Must be able and willing to travel domestically up to 10%.

　　[[This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States, but must be able to work in the Oxnard office at least two (2) days per week.

　　[[Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $149,614 to $155,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. The offered salary may vary within this range based on an applicants location, market data/ranges, an applicants skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
