About Corporate Services Administrative Associate

  FUNCTION: The Corporate Services Administrative Associate assumes responsibility for the daily servicing of Corporate Services clients, which includes providing prompt resolution to client issues. Exhibits a high degree of customer service skill in all dealings with internal and external customers. Provides comprehensive support for the department and ensures that the Bank is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

  Additionally, this role supports the CS department and is the primary front-facing employee for the building. Provides administrative assistance and coordination for the CS department and is responsible for key functions of applicable areas of the building and associated customer experience.

  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  Understands banking deposit operations processing and maintains knowledge of business deposit products. Develops knowledge of cash management products and services.

  Uses independent judgment and discretion to identify, prioritize and resolve client-servicing issues.

  Assists with transitions of new clients to the Bank, focusing on tasks such as check and deposit ticket ordering.

  Prepares documentation, service agreements and account analysis set up forms for clients.

  Creates and maintains department sales and activity reports as needed.

  Identifies referral opportunities for existing clients and refers to appropriate lines of business.

  Assists with customer training and provides technical support for online banking products including, but not limited to, online banking, ACH, wires, positive pay and remote deposit capture.

  Maintains a high-level of professionalism and competence when interacting and working with clients

  Performs a variety of receptionist and administrative duties, such as:

  Warmly greets visitors, vendors, external and internal customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.

  Assists with guiding visitors to where they need to go for meetings, etc.

  Coordinates and assists with scheduling of conference rooms.

  Attends to general department needs and places supply orders, as needed.

  Ensures meeting rooms within the department’s responsibility are set up, stocked, and kept clean and organized.

  Welcomes and warmly assists local vendor relationships as they visit the building—caterers, suppliers, postal services, etc.

  General:

  Interacts harmoniously and effectively with others, focusing upon the attainment of Bank goals and objectives through a commitment to teamwork.

  Adapts to the requirements of various operational job functions and provides assistance on an as needed basis to supplement team in completion of daily workloads.

  Works independently when appropriate; is self directed. Also skilled at working within a team on nonrecurring and ongoing projects.

  Assists in ensuring that the Bank is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

  Conforms to acceptable punctuality/attendance standards as expressed in Employee Handbook.

  Performs other duties as assigned.

  Excellent customer service skills. (telephonic, electronic and in person)

  Cash Management knowledge preferred.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

  Ability to research and solve problems.

  Polite, but assertive, can do attitude.

  Extraordinary organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

  Ability to work independently with minimal direction and also in a strong team atmosphere.

  Strong listener and questioner.

  Critical: motivated self starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  High school diploma or equivalent required

  PHYSICAL DEMANDS, CONDITION REQUIREMENTS, & EQUIPMENT USED:

  General office environment

  Moderate lifting (to 35 lbs.) required

  Moderate reaching, walking, sitting and standing required.
