We are looking for M&E Sales Trainee to join and enhance our Meeting & Events team.

　　The Trainee program is for 6 or more months. Starting as of August.

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

　　As M&E Sales Trainee, you will:

　　- General support for the Director of M&E Sales as well as for the team

　　- Support the M&E Trainer if and when required

　　- Support in daily tasks (administrative and/or operational if required)

　　- Assisting the office coordinator on a day to day basis

　　- Loading bookings on behalf of the team

　　- Ensuring the maintenance of the bookings in the system

　　- Ensuring the data entry is accurate

　　- Entering special rate plans into the in house system and adhere to the internal operational procedures and the set standards

　　- Support in pulling reports

　　- Assist in analyzing certain business aspects

　　- Working on internal projects

　　- Shadow the team during clients phone calls, enquiry handling and/or site inspections of both hotels
