　　About this Role

　　A Corporate Finance Analyst at Quanta plays a pivotal role in the oversight of operating unit performance, forecasting, annual business planning and multi-year strategic planning. Will also support merger and acquisition diligence and valuation activity in their assigned regions. Will effectively serve as a portfolio manager and deal team member covering all financial aspects of operations in each operating region. Quanta is a fast-paced, high growth industry leader and is seeking a candidate that has the financial acumen to keep up with analytic requirements of our operational leadership and effectively support our strategic capital deployment plans.

　　What You'll Do

　　Monthly analysis of income statement, balance sheet and cash forecasts for operating units associated with a specific region.

　　Evaluating operating leverage for each unit and evaluating how historical trends suggest future results will deviate from forecast expectations and documenting for executive management what is changing.

　　Delivering monthly analytic reports to regional presidents to communicate areas of risk or opportunity in their regional operations.

　　Analyze, review and summarize annual business plan submissions for executive leadership.

　　Participate in the financial diligence and prepare the valuation modeling assessment for all M&A activity in a respective operating region, including summarizing the data room for corporate department heads and preparing executive and board of director presentations to support the approval of transaction activity.

　　Will support preparation of external communication for quarterly earnings, quarterly board meetings and annual corporate leadership meetings.

　　What You'll Bring

　　Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

　　1-2 years of experience in an investment banking or consulting analyst program.

　　Experience with Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase or similar forecasting software preferred, but not required.

　　Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft excel skills.
