RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate and effectively utilize evidence-based practices in individual and group counseling settings. Maintain accurate records and complete all forms, Personal Centered Plans, and file management paperwork as directed in a timely manner.Maintain family-centered services and support as appropriate and if requested by an individual and approved by the treatment team.Provide individual sessions with each client assigned.Understanding of HIPAA rules Cooperate with other staff to provide quality services for individualsCover clinical responsibilities for colleagues as requiredParticipate in staff meetings and training opportunitiesMaintain current credentials and seek opportunities to advance skillsMaintain knowledge of community resources.Professionally communicate with referral sources and staff of partner agencyAssist in training new staff and provide in-service training as requestedMaintains accurate clinical documentation including intake summaries, group notes, discharge summaries, treatment plans, and updates. Updates therapeutic logs in a timely manner. Enters pertinent information into the Company database.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience and Skills Requirements:
Must be a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-R) Background: Clear background check.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
