This role can be based out of our Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch offices.

About the mahi
This role will see you responsible for the development and growth of both Auckland and Nationally based new business at a Corporate level and that our go-to-market strategy and offering is aligned to our global Aon United proposition.
Facilitate key business and customer relationships and negotiate potential business opportunities
You will consult and collaborate with Aon Specialists and Underwriters to provide tailored solutions to client and prospects needs
Through service, pricing, consultation and reporting, promote the value Aon delivers to clients and prospects

Skills and experience that will lend to success
A tried background in a Business Development role that had a Corporate or Enterprise focus
Established client networks along with Executive and Director network connections
Strong ability to engage, prospect and negotiate with Senior Level partners and build strategic relationships
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills along with a strong level of confidence in your presentation skills
The ability to travel as required, and hold a current Full New Zealand Drivers licence
