Position Summary
This position contributes to F5's success by Coordinating with other Global Workplace Solutions team members who specialize in Office Supply, Amenities program, and Vendor management for Seattle Corporate HQ and key satellite locations. I also assist with reception, corporate mail, shipping and receiving, and other subdepartments of GWS.
Primary Responsibilities
Duties related to Reception, Events, Shipping & Receiving Duties; Coordinator for tasks from GWS divisions as assigned, Organization & Cleaning
Coordinator Role DutiesActively develop and promote improvements at reception & event coordination.Ensure that duties associated with positions are being entirely performedAssist in covering team members as required due to absencesWork directly with other GWS members to assist with projects, events, tasks, and duties as needed, as well as respond to issuesPerforms other related duties as assigned.Shipping & Receiving DutiesActively develop and promote improvements in S&R/Mail ServicesConduct periodic self-audits of services to gauge performanceContinuously work towards bringing new and exciting solutions to the table for GWSMonitoring ServiceNow tickets and respond accordingly
Receptions Duties
Greet, check in, and direct guests, vendors, F5, and other building employees.Answer phones, emails, creating badges, security, miscellaneous administrative duties, etcMonitoring ServiceNow tickets and respond accordinglyConduct periodic audits of campus to gauge vendor performanceResponsible for upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.Watch for and report security incidents and safety concernsMaintain organization that incorporates the values of Lead 5s methodology:Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk and meeting with clients on campus. Duties require utilizing a computer, communicating over the telephone, and reading printed material.Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal hours (evenings and weekends).The job requires moving around the office frequently and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $36,950.00 - $55,426.00
