In addition, you will develop Region Metal Fab sales strategies with District Managers and Area Vice Presidents within the Nor Pac Region to achieve top line sales growth, EBITDA performance, and customer service excellence by bringing value through seminars, efficiency analyses, and surveys. You will be the engine for sales growth within the metal fabrication market segment.In particular, you will:Manage the Weld Process Specialist team to efficiently and effectively execute the Advanced Fabrication strategy.Manage Advanced Fabrication assets throughout the region, and forecast and budget for future staff and equipment needs for the fiscal year.Ensure effective collaboration, teamwork, and communication throughout the Region by participating in District and Area meetings.Develop local vendor partnerships aligned with the Advanced Fabrication strategy to drive the segment in the Nor Pac region, conducting technical and product sales training and supporting the sales process.__Are you a MATCH?- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field of study and/or 10+ years experience working in the welding industry with experience managing a sales force proficient at selling and servicing mechanized cutting systems, robotics, and other automated welding/cutting products.- Proficient with computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.- Two or more years experience leading a team.- Must have a broad knowledge of the welding, cutting and fabrication processes common to the Airgas customer base including but not limited to:Manual, semi-automated and automated welding processes.Shielding gas applicationsBasic shop equipment used for punching, forming, bending, or rolling of both plate and structural components.Knowledge of welding and power equipment from many different suppliers.Knowledge of bulk gas facilities and distribution through manifolds, mixers and piping systems.
