  Job Title: Coordinator, Video Rights Management - TEMP

  A little bit about our team:

  ADA is the world’s leading distributor of independent music. We strive to be a valulable partner to our label clients, guidng them to success across the commercial and marketing space, as well as providing a suite of label services from publicity to radio promotion. We work globally to deliver high-impact opportunities, and work to ensure reliable and visible content pipelines around the world. This role will work to optimize our client’s revenue around video claiming services

  Your role:

  As Coordinator, Video Rights Management, you will support our efforts to clear video suspense issues and give the wider business a process and source of truth to rely on in ADA’s video claims management.

  Here you’ll get to:

  Support YouTube Suspense clean up efforts alongside ADA business teams, liaising with labels and the WMG YouTube teams to clear suspense and claim revenue for our clients

  Maintain suspense tracker and follow process to deal with new suspense claims, while working to reduce overall suspense

  Create and submit appropriate paperwork on behalf of videos in suspense for proper claiming

  Support and maintain the source of truth for all of ADA’s in network videos and channels, assisting in the channel linking/unlinking process when necessary

  Support the roll out of a global version of the above process

  About you:

  You have 1-2 years work experience

  You have meticulous attention to detail, and are diligent in your ability to follow up and close the loop on items

  You have good communication skills and enjoy educating people on new processes.

  We’d love it if you also had:

  Working knowledge of YouTube claiming methodology and data structure

  Experience in media and or video

  Salary Range

  $23.00 Fixed Rate

  Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
