The NBCUniversal Team is looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with +2 years of experience in Film and Television Expendable Sales industry. You will maintain the flow of expendable material sales and associated paperwork while assisting in office responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential clients and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Receives and quotes orders for grip and lighting expendable materials sales.
Work directly with productions, production crews, and studios.
Process day to day production requests for film and television expendable materials.
Coordinate customers pick-ups and deliveries.
Maintain customer show files in an accurate and detailed manner.
Regularly assess inventory and perform stock-checks and establish minimum reorder quantities for all types of expendables.
Process short lists to be sourced from outside vendors for daily or run of show production requests.
Accurately process purchase orders and negotiate expendables purchases across multiple vendors.
Ensure completed paperwork is appropriately organized and sent to the billing department.
Keep up to date with industry trends and new developments in material sales.
Execute annual inventory and preparation for audits.

What You Must Have:
2+ years of experience desired, with production support services within the Film and Television industry, including expendable material sales.
2+ years of experience working with and supporting multiple stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
Prior experience interacting and communicating with all levels of personnel, operational supervisors, and front-line crew.
Proven success in material management with the ability to ensure maximum rotation of material sales across all productions.
What Would Make You a Stand-out:
Knowledge of rental software Rental Tracker Pro.
Ability to effectively trouble shoot, communicate, and problem solve.
