　　GENERAL DESCRIPTIONPerforms complex (journey-level) licensing and permitting work. Work involves receiving and reviewing license and permit applications; ensuring compliance with applicable policies, administrative codes, and statutes; communicating with external and internal customers; and approving licenses and permits. May provide guidance to others.
