　　负责配合销售人员在服务数字化系统中完成合同流程，确保文件正确，计划合理

　　负责根据个案信息和其他需求在服务数字化系统中创建工单，确保工单对象正确，

　　工时计划和需求日期符合要求

　　负责对生效合同和创建工单的SAP系统同步状态核查，发现问题，及时处理 负责对合同中所包含的零配件在SAP系统下单采购，并完成签收单打印、收货、

　　退货等系统操作

　　负责对销售合同、报价文件等文本信息的核对及盖章工作 配合销售团队和运营团队根据客户需求调整工单的计划日期和工时 根据上级领导的要求，参与并协助进行销售计划管理，收付款管理等销售端管理工作，

　　利用服务数字化系统提供各类数据分析和报表呈现

　　完成上级领导交付其他临时性工作任务
