Shifts: 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 4pm-12am. (5 rotating days including weekends). Duties: Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants. Maintain clean work station, and maintain all food safety requirements. Demonstrates food presentation, quality, and consistency. Work well with others. Maintain personal hygiene, communicate with supervisors and coworkers. Equipped for service on time. May supervise others. 1 year related experience required. Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for 6-9 hours at a time, lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, reach and bend. Ability to read basic chemical labels and write in complete sentences in submitting reports and assessments. Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required. Rate of Pay: $16.26 - $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime available at $24.39 - $28.50 per hour. Air transport to place of employment will be provided at no cost to worker (air travel paid upfront); Ground expenses & subsistence costs will be reimbursed to worker during 1st pay period. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46/day during travel to a max $59.00/day w/receipts. If worker does not complete at least 1/2 of employment period worker is expected to refund employer. Return transport will be provided if worker completes employment period or is dismissed early. Employer will provide at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform job. Employer guarantees to offer work for hrs equal to at least 3/4 of workdays in each 12-week period of total employment. Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Housing includes AC in each unit, free laundry, free wifi, utilities and meals. Cost of housing, if accepted, is approximately $140.00 per month. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck.
