My client, a reputable Fortune 500 company is hiring for a Correspondence Coordinator role with competitive pay and growth opportunity!
Job Description:
Candidates will be going through the electronic mail and index it out to the people it needs to go to, they will do this by taking mail and scanning it into the appropriate location.
This person will utilize scan and index QA correspondence.
The majority of our mail is electronic we index it and split it up to our teams.
What we have found out in the last few months we have a influx of mail because of Fort Wayne team with 300 employees wt was okay for one person, but that has tripled and we need this person on site
Opening snail mail and scanning it triaging it ot the right location
Outgoing mail we do that once or twice a day
Manage and oversee outgoing and incoming mail
Remote user share drive will drop correspondence that need to be stuffed into a envelope and get pulled out and put that out the next day.
Word Gsuite – google sheets similar to Microsoft suite understanding mailing process and what’s involved with that prior clerical work would be needed
Prior medical experience would help them interpret the documents they would be looking at.
Qualifications to Apply:
Healthcare experience OR administrative experience
