You will be working in Dining Services/Sodexo starting on or before September 18, 2023. The hours of work will be Monday-Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm with some weekends. This position is represented by the Teamsters Local 320 bargaining unit. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing a wide variety of high quality, large quantity food products to meet the needs of guests. Produces a whole meal by preparing multiple recipes in a meal menu, often from scratch, following brand specifications. This is a lead worker position that must be capable of operating a variety of equipment that produces both hot and cold food, organizing work group to meet production standards and time line. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Ability to competently read, write, and understand English; and ability to lift up to fifty pounds occasionally. High School graduate or GED. At least 2 years of education or experience in quantity food production. Ability to accurately perform mathematic and recipe conversions calculations. Possesses safe knife handling skills.
