Description:

　　Responsible for the design, programming, and debugging of control systems.

　　These machines are CNC based with PLC controls (Siemens and Fanuc)

　　Will troubleshoot any wiring discrepancies

　　Designs electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and some mechanical systems.

　　Will work from and create sketches to create working drawings, layouts, schematics and bill of materials using AutoCAD Electrical

　　Debugs interface software and makes edits

　　Develops necessary program and parameters to test all capabilities of machine

　　Develops circuits for machine controls

　　Develops HMI software in C# or C++

　　Will use AutoCAD to design and detail brackets and cabinets

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Associates degree with 15+ years of experience or BSEE w/ 5+ years of experience

　　Machine Tool experience highly preferred

　　AutoCAD design experience required

　　PLC programming - any brand will work
