Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Program Manager at Cisco, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within our organization. You will be supporting the Procurement department working with a variety of teams to help set up documentation for software contracts. Your ability to manage complex projects and your excellent interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

 Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

 Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

 Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

 Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.

 Communicate project status, updates, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

 Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a large company.

 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

 Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

 Experience with software contracts, procurement, and finance.

 Software Licensing/contract management exp

 Procurement experience

 Finance background
