What You Will Do: TheClinical Nurseis a competent practitioner who integrates theoreticalknowledge with clinical experience in the care of patients and families.Care is delivered using a deliberate, systematic approach and practiceis guided by increasing awareness of patterns of patient responses inrecurrent situations. These nurses demonstrate a mastery of mosttechnical skills and begin to view clinical situations from a patientand family focus as they provide professional nursing care withinclinical areas/ campuses as required by staffing matrices. These nursesalso supervise and direct delegated nursing acts commensurate witheducational preparation and demonstrated abilities of the personsupervised. What You Will Need: Associate\'s Degree in Nursing required.Bachelor\'s Degree is preferred Wisconsin Registered Nurse License ValidAmerican Heart (AHA) Basic Life Support ( BLS) certification.
