  This position is located in Foley, AL and may offer relocation assistance.

  Job Description:

  Entry-level professional contributor on a project or work team.

  Development of knowledge through Continuous Improvement or other lean Tools and methodologies.

  Work is supervised as needed.

  Working in a team environment.

  Ability to influence within the work area.

  Tactical application of basic lean tools

  Primary Responsibilities:

  Support improvements of metrics including event/project closure.

  Supports projects/transformations within the work area.

  Participates in problem resolution activities.

  Problems faced may be difficult or complex.

  Participates in improvement of current processes and standards.

  Supports Continuous Improvement progression within direct team.

  Participates in kaizen/Continuous Improvement events including leadership weeks.

  Builds networks across the work area.

  Basic Qualifications:

  Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

  Demonstrated experience working in a team environment.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Awareness of Lean principles for example: 5S, Standard Work, Visual Controls, RTPR / QCPC, Kaizen events.

  Lead a team or project where you had to make sound professional decisions

  Strong customer focus.

  Experience in leading and/or facilitating workshops/presentations

  The salary range for this role is 52,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

  Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

  Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

  This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
